With help and guidance, we can identify habits that you would like to change. Using habits that are already ingrained in your everyday life to stack another habit onto has proved successful for many of my clients.
In between our face-to-face sessions, I can provide you with exercises or workouts to perform. This encourages more regular movement and positive mindset.
Alongside increased movement, fuelling our bodies is performed mindfully. Choosing the right nutrition to prepare and then recover from exercise really gives clients the power to make healthier decisions and not to associate guilt with food choices.
We are all guilty of giving ourselves a bit of a hard time about things we have or haven’t done. I encourage clients to be realistic of personal expectations and being accountable, but too hard on ourselves when I plan doesn’t work out. Reassess and reset.
A big part of the reset is working towards more positive self-talk. Our internal monologues can be quite destructive. Helping clients reframe their thinking is such an important part of this 6-week reset. Changing how we feel about ourselves takes time, but is so worth it! Your body listens to everything your mind tells you. Would you talk to anyone else in the way that you sometimes talk to yourself! In lots of cases, probably not. Reset gives you the time to focus on you and build a positive relationship between your mind and your body.

Taking steps to enter an event is a great feeling. There is then a feeling of, am I going to be able to fit in all the training, and am I focusing on the correct things?
I can help and guide you through goal setting. This enables your goals to be specific to you and your event, that there is clear measurable progress and that you are developing at a timely fashion in order to keep motivation high.
Your short-term goals could include 1 rep max challenges. I can help guide you through working out your sets and repetition calculations so that specific strength and conditioning is concentrated on.
Even when motivation is high, having a personal trainer that can encourage you out of your comfort zone will really help push your limits. With this alongside noting down and analysing results can add further grit to strive to new realms of fitness.

I can help plan out your month of exercise and well-being in line with your monthly cycle. There are times when it is best to lift heavy and make important decisions and other times when walking and Yoga and being kinder to yourself is in order.
This plan can also include nutritional preparation. Certain foods encourage and feed hormones. Signposting you to these foods can empower you to make the most productive decision for your mind and body.
I will work with you to find appropriate ways to include movement into your weekly routine. Many of us have busy lives and often the mental load of planning in exercise can feel impossible. There usually is a way, but it might look different to how you thought it would.
I can make referrals to holistic health practitioners that I think may benefit you. There are many pillars to our health and wellbeing and finding the right balance for you is important.
