Pre and/or post-natal fitness with me could be for you.
In my quiet gym studio, I have a range of fitness equipment. I can make adaptations to exercises to suit your stage of pregnancy and any associated conditions that you may have.
There is no pressure. Several rest breaks will be added into your workout and the pace is set by you.
Suggestions for exercises or activities in between each of our sessions are provided each week.
For those mums who want to get back to fitness following the birth of their baby but don’t want to leave their baby to do this, then I could have the answer. Bring your baby with you. Many of my clients have brought their child/ren with them to workout and we have found ways to make it work.
